UHF BROADCASTERS LPTV/TRANSLATORS/CLASS A
ESI is dedicated to working with LPTV station owners and other licensees of UHF spectrum to create the first nationwide network utilizing this underappreciated spectrum. We are prepared to purchase licenses outright or allow the current owners to partner with ESI so they can share in the value creation enabled by our network.
CONSTRUCTION PERMIT HOLDERS
Building a next generation media and broadcast delivery network requires a complete overhaul of existing broadcast facilities. If you hold construction permits, we see them has being of equal value compared to operating broadcasters. We are prepared to perfect the construction permits with the build out of next generation ATSC 3.0 facilities. Similar to station owners, we are prepared to purchase CP's outright or allow the current holder to partner with ESI so they can share in the value creation enabled by our network.
FAITH BASED BROADCASTERS
ESI has a tender heart for faith-based broadcasters. In fact, our President’s work as a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Religious Broadcasters Association (NRB), and his service as former Chairman of the NRB TV Committee, helped to define and align our goals for building a national television network. Therefore, if you have a similar vision for your TV station, it is our hope that you will join with us and allow the light of your platform to shine brighter than ever through a relationship with ESI.
ATSC 1.0/3.0 TRANSITION
ESI can provide ATSC 3.0 "Hotel" facilities to assist you in your transition to the new standard. ESI will provide broadcast facilities allowing you to continue operations while your own new facilities are being built. Alternatively, by using both your spectrum and ours, we will allow you to simultaneously transmit both standards while the new receivers slowly penetrate the market and the old receivers are phased out.
